I have checked and updated the HELIX LT firmware with Editor 3.7. Perhaps the problem is that I did not perform the previous update, and I did it directly with Version 3.7 from the second to last one. In this case what should I do?

Hello everyone. I just installed the latest version (3.7). I followed all the instructions carefully, as I have been doing in successive upgrades. This time, and after reinstalling my presets, I see that their names do not appear (!). instead it appears as an empty slot (!!). When I click on that slot, the whole set appears, but not their name in the list. I also have problems to make a new string. It's as if the DSP is full and won't let me install effects that I normally installed before the update. What should I do? Reinstall everything again? Try to load all my effect chains again? How? I am having a problem trying to update my Helix LT with the 3.50 update. Everything was going very well, I did the corresponding back up, and when I reached 50 percent of the update I followed the instructions, the Boot faillure entered update mode appear at the display, as indicated in the instructions, but apparently the HX Edit stopped recognizing my Helix LT (!!!!) without giving me the option to complete the update. I tried to reset the LT and the HX edit, but still the same situation: the same legend appears on the display and the Edit still does not recognize my device. What should I do? Help!

Hi rd2rk ! My only problem with the method you propose is that there is a noticeable drop in volume on the lead guitar when you step on the footswitch enabling the loop channel. Is there a way to avoid this and keep the volumes even as before? Thx!

Hello. I Follow your instructions. And now the lead guitar signal comes out alone through a stereo channel and the looper (rhythm) through a third channel (Send). But through the SEND channel the loop signal (rhythm ) comes out along with the lead guitar signal. Question: is there any way to get the looper (rhythm guitar) sound to come out on a totally separate channel from the lead guitar sound? Thx again.
